
In the constantly shifting, complex environments that organizations and companies confront today, skills of analysis and adaptation are needed along with new and expansive ways of thinking to drive employee engagement, innovation, and ultimately bottom-line results.

- Develop high-performing, collaborative teams that encourage diverse voices and perspectives and foster trust, shared visions, and values aligned with organizational values
- Build inclusive environments that uncover and address unconscious biases and encourage practices of openness, learning, and listening
- Create practices to navigate and manage across generations, from millennials to boomers, to leverage multiple generations of talent
Drawing on my ethnographic expertise as an anthropologist, my approach to organizational and culture change and team coaching includes identifying biases and practices that serve as roadblocks to success and surfacing thinking and practices that can generate innovation.
Coaching teams, we:

- Identify and disrupt negative practices
- Facilitate team listening and communication
- Strengthen team leadership, openness and collaboration
